Some days are just too damn sweet.
I contributed to the worldwide vegan bake sale by baking black bean brownies for the first time. The vegan and gluten free brownie was maybe a bit too chewy, and I blame my crappy blender for leaving the rice flakes too flakey. The frosting was icing sugar combined with coffee, cocoa powder and carob powder. The result was not as bad as I expected, but the next time I will definitely sub the raw cane sugar to dates.
There are days when you just skip the gym and eat sweets. This time, it was for a good cause!
